Pike/Route 100

permitted but must be centrally located within the
Senn property (A maximum of 5,890 sq.ft. (of the

Provision
for an absolute limit of 442 dwelling units

potential gain of 56 additional units that would

Uwchlan Supervisors elected to allow such
apartments in their conditional use approval
even though Pulte Homes did not request them.]
GUARANTEED
PROTECTION OF DILIBERO FARM AND OTHER OPEN SPACE
Provision
to permanently protect all Common Open Space Areas on
both the Senn Property and the DiLibero Property
from "encroachment, disturbance and development
(both during construction and in the future)" by
the Upper Uwchlan Township Government. RSD demanded
the permanent preservation of these areas.
Provision
for additional setbacks along northeasterly boundary of
the Senn Property where it abuts properties in West
Vincent Township

TRAFFIC FROM DEVELOPMENT BY OVER 50%
Reduction
of commercial space will reduce average daily traffic
volume from this development by over 50%.
